Information about ordering

We have three delivery/pick up options:

1) Free Home Delivery Across South London on Fridays.

2) Delivery Across the UK for a standard fee of £9.95

3) Pick up for free at our stall on North Cross Road East Dulwich

We know you can’t always get to our stall on a Saturday, so we’ve teamed up with Pretty Traditional, long established Green Grocers and owners of the delightful café on North cross Road, so we can deliver farm cheese and other Mootown Goodies to your door free of charge.

How to order

Here’s how you do it:

Logon to www.mootown.co.uk to order £10, £15 or £15 selection from the free Home Delivery section.

Ring Pretty Traditional for seasonal fruit and veg boxes

Pretty Traditional and Mootown will consolidate your order and deliver to your door every Friday or pick up from Pretty Traditional, North Cross Road on a Friday or Saturday.

2) Courier Delivery Across the UK for a standard fee of £9.95

Our Delivery days during the festive period are Thursday 22nd December and Thursday 29th December

We will deliver your online cheese purchases on Thursday 22nd December or Thursday 29th December. Please place orders in before 5.00pm Tuesday 20th Dec for delivery on 22nd or before 5.00pm Tuesday 27th for delivery on Thursday 29th December.

In January we will revert back to our standard delivery day of Fridays. Place your orders by 5.00pm Tuesday if you’d like them delivered the same week.

There is no minimum or maximum weight so you can order as much as you like and it will all arrive on the Thursday you request. We have a flat delivery rate of £9.95 per order. This applies to your order delivered to one specified location. It costs us more to courier your cheeses but we have made a decision to subside all delivery costs. Unfortunately this only applies to UK mainland customers. However if you would like Mootown cheese delivered to the highlands of Scotland, offshore islands and Ireland please call us to discuss your order and for us to give you a quote on the delivery charges.

Specifying which Thursday you want your order

When you make your first selection you’ll be asked when you’d like your order delivered. If you would like to order more than one item you don’t have to keep entering the date of delivery – but you can add different gift messages to your selections! Then proceed to check out and tell us where you’d like your order delivered.

3) Pick up for free at our stall on North Cross Road East Dulwich

Place your order by 5.00pm on Wednesday’s and you can pick up from our stall that Saturday

If you would like to order more than one item you don’t have to keep entering the date but you may want to add different gift messages to your selections! Then proceed to check out and tell us where you’d like your order delivered.

Multiple orders / or delivery on other days in the week

Our couriers deliver every Thursday for orders placed before 8.00pm on the Monday of the same week. If however you’d like your order to arrive on a different day or you’d like to place multiple orders to different locations the easiest thing would be to email or phone us to discuss your order and we’ll let you know what the additional delivery costs will be.
