We pride ourselves on sourcing award winning cheese and other produce from small farms across Wales and the British Isles. Occasionally, if demand is greater than supply, we may have to provide you with an alternative high quality produce. If this is the case, please rest assured that we’ll always choose the best produce to match your initial request. Please also note that we will always aim to provide you with the quantity of cheese requested, however as each piece is cut by hand there may be slight variations between the amount requested and the final weight of the cut cheese, we will price the cheese according to the cut weight at time of shipping. Changes in weight can also occur during storage. Any changes in weight should only be minor, if there are any significant changes please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your cheese
